As we are an appointment-based business, we are not always in the shop during hours outside booked appointments. However, we definitely will take walk-ins if our aestheticians are available. There may not always be availability for walk-ins, so we highly suggest booking an appointment online in order to secure yourself a spot when you need it! Our online booking allows appointments on the same day, and is up-to-date with our availability.

We have an allotted amount of time for pre-booked appointments. All of our clients' time is important to us, and we want to make sure everyone gets our full attention. If you can send us a message if you want to add services, we can better ensure we can accommodate or reschedule the added services without interfering with other clients. If we are available to do so, we will definitely allow added services.

Absolutely! Whether you've been out and about, or need some support or company, we welcome bringing someone with you. If they also want an appointment, it will need to be booked in beforehand, unless we have a walk-in time available.

We understand sometimes we need to bring the kiddos with you. You are more than welcome to bring them with you, we have a chair in the rooms where they can sit. We expect they will be respectful of their surroundings and be able to sit patiently through the allotted appointment time. If any mess is caused it must be cleaned up before leaving. To keep them safe, children are not permitted to roam around the shop unsupervised. 

Currently, we only accept cash and e-transfers.

As our business is a service-based company, all services are final sale, and will not be refunded for services rendered.

We don't have a parking lot just for our location. However, we have a few free street parking spots out front and down the street. As well as a large free parking lot at the end of our street, on Beverley Street. There are also a few other parking areas and parking lots nearby.
