CONDUCT

Bloom Aesthetics has the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason. Our top priority is the comfort and safety of our team and clients. If a person is demonstrating inappropriate or aggressive behaviour, we have the right to stop performing service(s) at any time during the appointment and charge for services rendered. Bloom Aesthetics has the right to refuse service requests if our staff feel uncomfortable, unsafe or feel like the services to be performed are not suited for the individual or could cause harm. 

PAYMENT

Currently, we only accept cash and e-transfers.

As our business is a service-based company, all services are a final sale, and will not be refunded for services rendered.

MINORS

If you are under 18 years old you can get any of our services, but you MUST have permission from a parent or legal guardian when booking services. In the health history form, you will be asked who gave you permission.

SATISFACTION

At Bloom Aesthetics we strive to meet your esthetics goals. To get your full benefit, follow pre- and post-care protocol for your services. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your results, please contact us within 48hrs for a complimentary fix. If anything goes wrong with the service(s), you will notice within the 48-hour time frame. Any issues after 48 hours of your appointment or if you fail to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will result in a full price for the next service provided. Never hesitate to reach out if there is something you are unhappy with, as we would much rather try to rectify the situation so that you can enjoy your services. Due to the nature of personal care services, we do not offer refunds for any services rendered.

CLIENT FORMS & INFORMATION

You are required to fill out a health history/consent form before any new service. This form will stay on file, so we can provide the best and safest service possible.  

 

If anything in your medical history, phone number, email, or address has changed, please let us know, so you can fill out a new health history form. We need to be up-to-date at all times, especially regarding your medical history and means of contact.  

 

Please arrive at your spa appointment 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, if you have not filled out client forms online. 

 

We are legally required to have a health history/consent form. We do this to ensure we are providing you with the safest services possible as some medical history can affect or limit the services we are able to provide for you. If you decide not to fill out your health history form for any reason, we will not perform any services.

We may use your personal information for a variety of reasons including: 

  • Sending you communications about weather, changes/illness of staff, etc.

  • Recording transactions in a manner that ensures payment integrity.

  • The health board legally requires us to get information to ensure we are keeping our clients safe.

  • Understanding the demographics of our clients based on age and location.

  • Preventing theft and fraud.

  • Altering services based on allergies, medication, or past reactions.
