Policies : Cancellation, Late & No-show

CANCELLATION

Please give a minimum of 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments.  Let us know by phone, email or social media, OR direct cancellation via our online booking system, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

We understand that emergencies arise, and kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible.  

 

If appointments are continuously cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hr notice, you may be asked to pay a cancellation or reschedule fee before or at your next appointment or be blocked from booking online.

Please understand that without 24 hrs notice we will likely not be able to fill that spot, which means losing income.

LATE

If you are running late, please let us know. You can call, email, or message us through social media.

 

If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, this may result in your appointment being cancelled, rescheduled, or having an incomplete service.

If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, we cannot guarantee that we can extend the time of your appointment. 

Each of our services has been allotted a certain amount of time, and it is very important that you arrive on time for your appointment in order for your aesthetician to have enough time to complete your service(s).

NO SHOW

We understand that things come up, and sometimes we forget. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make it. No shows can hurt small businesses, as it means we have allotted time that we can no longer make any income with. We take no shows seriously as we rely on our appointments for our bills. Our booking system keeps track automatically of no shows. Any client with multiple "no show" appointments may be blocked from booking future appointments.
